2019 Ballantyne Junior Open
February 16 – 17, 2019 at The Golf Club at Ballantyne
The tournament is open to the first 92 players in the 18-hole divisions, and the first 32 players in the 9-hole division. Registration closes February 10, 2019.

18-hole divisions $195*
Boys: ages 14 – 17 (6,600 yards)
- First place receives (2) AJGA Performance Stars, Second-Fifth place receives (1) AJGA Performance Star
Girls: ages 14 – 17 (5,700 yards)
Boys: ages 11 – 13 (5,700 yards)
Girls: ages 11 – 13 (5,000 yards)
9-hole division $175*
Boys & Girls: ages 10 & under (2,300 yards)
*Full payment is required to register. Must provide seven-day notice for any cancellation to receive full reimbursement. Fee includes tournament entry, range fee and lunch for tournament rounds.
February 13 | 6:00 p.m. First round tee times released
February 15 | 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Welcome Reception: Includes guest speakers discussing the recruiting process and the steps you need to take as a junior golfer to play on the collegiate level and glow golf putting event. R.S.V.P. by February 10, 2019 to reserve your spot.

Practice rounds are available the week prior to the event. Standard junior rate will apply. Please reserve your tee time at 704-248-4383 or online.
Eligibility: Ages for tournament will be based on Junior’s age as of February 1, 2019.
Footwear: It is the condition of competition that shoes with metal spikes are prohibited at The Ballantyne. If you play in this event, you must waive any claim for injury.
Caddies & Pull Carts: Boys & Girls under age 10 may use caddies and/or pull carts. All other competitors may not use caddies, must walk and are encouraged to utilize pull carts.
Spectators: The Committee welcomes spectators during the event. However all spectators are required to walk along the cart paths only and provide NO input into the play of the event, including rules.
